What methods of payment do you accept?

For phone orders, we accept MasterCard and Visa (please call us toll free 1-888-311-8264 or local number 604-620-1256 during business hours). If your call is not answered, please leave us a message and we’ll call you back as soon as we can.
For online orders, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and payment from your bank account.

How do you guarantee the online security of credit card information?

We do not access or process your financial information directly. The whole check-out process is hosted by third party such as PayPal which offers the most secure financial processing platform.

How soon will I receive my package?

We ship from Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. We ship out within two days when an order is received. For regular delivery, here is the estimated delivery schedule to major areas (please note: this is not guaranteed by Canada Post).
To Canada – BC, AB, MB & SK: 2-5 business days*
To Canada – other provinces: 8 business days*
To USA: 4-13 business days*
To most international destinations: 6-11 business days*

Express services

For faster, but not urgent deliveries, we use either DHL or Canada Post Expedited or XpressPost services.

Urgent deliveries – next day service

For delivery by noon the next day to major urban centres, we need to receive your order and payment by 11am (PST).

Where will my order be shipped from?

We ship from our Vancouver location in British Columbia, Canada.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes. We ship to Canada and the US.

Is my privacy protected?

Twinklebelle does not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances. This includes your mailing address and your email information.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Twinklebelle. We will refund or exchange any purchase within 30 days of its purchase date when an item has not been worn and is found in the condition in which it was purchased.

Please contact us first before sending any item back to us. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
